It's cool like dat, its col like dat...
Tonight's tweetup at Formaggio Grill in Kailua was eye-opening fun. First of all the food was great from mini crabcakes to margherita pizza but what was really juicy and tasty was the prime rib panini! Added to this great food was a taste of Formaggio's Dining in the Dark. Some daring tweeps took an interesting challenge. Experience a tasting of red, white, and rose wine in random order and blindfolded, then put the glasses of wine in the order: red, white, and rose. It was quite tricky but @melissa808 gave it a try. There were nine who dared and only four were successful, including @docrock and @yoon001. I wasn't one of the four. That rose was quite the surprise and basically wen thro me off li'dat.
More importantly though, I got to spend some time with some good friends, the @Meetoworld gang, and have some ono food. It also made me wonder though, what kind of experience is Formaggio's Dinning in the Dark likeĀ
I am a Buddhist who likes sports especially the Cowboys, Dodgers, Phillies, and Longhorns. I like good food and good sake. Of course I am always looking for that occasional inspiration, I am a Buddhist remember! Why am I doing this? I guess its just a social experiment. An attempt to share and communicate with others in a positive way. So if "Its cool like dat, its Col like dat!"
