    One of my favorite food trucks is melt.  They have the best gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup!  Today they were in Downtown Honolulu and since I work in the area I had to stop by!  I had the special of the week – The Meatloaf Melt with a meatloaf somewhere between traditional & a country pate, sautéed onions plus house made ketchup!  Oh and I couldn't forget that tasty tomato soup!

    I am a Buddhist who likes sports especially the Cowboys, Dodgers, Phillies, and Longhorns. I like good food and good sake. Of course I am always looking for that occasional inspiration, I am a Buddhist remember! Why am I doing this? I guess its just a social experiment. An attempt to share and communicate with others in a positive way. So if "Its cool like dat, its Col like dat!"
