I didn't get a chance to try all the dishes but my favorites were the shrimp ceviche from Chai's and the pork belly from Lewers Lounge. You also gotta try the ahi meatloaf from Zenshu!
Now let's get to the good stuff the sake! I spent most of my time trying the sakes that you can't get here in the United States. My thinking is you never know you when you are going to get the opportunity to try these sakes. However, there were some sakes I found that were available here and which I am definitely looking forward to trying again. If you are listening @sakeshop here is my list:
Masumi "Okuden" Kantsukuri
Masumi Yamahai Ginjo
Ninkiichi Gold Ninki Junmai Daiginjo
Hoyo "Kura No Hana"
All in all another awesome night of great sake! Be sure to check out the @meetoworld gang too! I'm sure they will be blogging about it!
