It's cool like dat, its col like dat...
I’m not that big on sparkling sake but recently @sakeshop had a tasting on sakes from Harushika. One of the sakes was a sparkling sake called Tokimeki. It had a hazelnut type flavor that I thought went well with the carbonation. It was also not too sweet but just right!
If I had to choose one sparkling sake this would be it. It probably would go well with desserts, but I think it would be perfect for any holiday party with pupus. With its size at 300ml it would also make a great stocking stuffer for a sake lover.
